We are very excited to announce that award-winning Welsh furniture designer, Angela Gidden MBE, has been appointed to launch a new design-led era at Wilcare Wales.
Angela, whose portfolio includes furniture designed for Liberty, Heal’s, The Conran Shop, Habitat and Orangebox, is working on our new generation of powered rise & recline chairs for the healthcare market.
Announcing the appointment of Angela Gidden, a former Welsh Woman of the Year, as Consultant Creative Director, Anthony Kiff, Managing Director of Wilcare Wales said:

We are developing an innovative new range of chairs which we believe will revolutionise the rise & recline market. Our aim is to introduce a new generation of furniture whose design innovation matches their technical advancements.”
Angela Gidden, pictured with the Soft-Square furniture which she created in 2006 for the National Assembly Senedd building, said:
